Faith Progrm Reports for Supreme

Brother Knights:

One of the goals of each council is to develop programs unique to it’s council, parish and community. The Supreme site lists the following Faith programs to inspire the men of the council to put their faith into action:

Building the Domestic Church Kiosk (in the Atrium)

¡Viva Cristo Rey!

Spiritual Reflection (??)

Sacramental Gifts (??)

Refund Support Vocations Program (RSVP) (budget item)

Rosary Program (First 5 Saturdays)

Holy Hour (Adoration Chapel)

Imitating Saint Juan Diego

Into the Breach (Kapaun’s Men??)

Pilgrim Icon Program

Any Faith program/event related to the list above.

If you are managing any of these programs I need to know who you are with an email and/or phone number, also a description of how you manage the program (dates and times of event/meetings and how many attend - what you do, how you do it if you have help from other Knights I need their info too). This data will go to our Program Director Jim Coyne for the reports he needs to send to Supreme and will also be used by the Faith Director for the purpose of finding a second man who could take over if something happens to the present manager (as explained in the 8/12 business meeting I’m trying to give some depth to our programs).

Also, if you would like to have something about your program/event on the website, please let me know.

FAITH IN ACTION

From Faith in God come great works of faith for God

Our goal is to strengthen men and their families in the Catholic faith. Formation in our faith goes beyond mere facts or religious practice to an authentic connection with a loving God and his son Jesus Christ.

No matter what stage you are in your life, we are all on a journey together. Join us as role models in a world that needs men who lead, serve, protect and defend.

Grow in your faith and help us build a strong parish and Church. Aid priests and religious in formation, honor Mary, Mother of God and engage in serious spiritual reflections and religious education activities.

Please take a look at the programs on the right. If you have any interest either as an attendee, leadership position or an idea for a new program, please contact Council 6600 Faith Program Director - Ken Harbit at pogi.rosary@gmail.com or use the comment box on the left side.
